Really nervous transfer student here. PLEASE HELP

I am a transfer student with 22 credits at the end of this semester, and will have about a 2.7 GPA. My first semester included 2 C’s and 2 B’s, but I am working towards 2 A’s and 2 B’s this semester (maybe 3 A’s!).

I previously attended UMass Summer pre college for sport management, and I also work for a minor league hockey team in my city where I currently live. I also have a blog, and I have been featured on Yahoo Sports with that. In High School, I did Student Leadership, and also participated in programs regarding helping students with disabilities. I also did Orchestra for 7 years, playing Cello and Viola in the top orchestra. In the student leadership program, my class started a school-wide anti bullying movement that is growing everyday. I worked throughout my Junior and Senior years of high school (20 hours/week), and I work 2 jobs during my freshman year of college (25+ hours/week)
My father was military for 20+ years, and retired when I was a freshman in high school. Basically, we moved around every 2-3 years. I plan to use that in my essays.

Will my EC’s help me a bunch with college admissions? Do I have a good chance at the schools I’m looking at listed down below?

Schools:
UMass Lowell, UTSA, UMass Amherst, Temple University, University at Buffalo

Major(s): Marketing and Management

That might be a good list. Google the Common Data Set and Look at sections C and D for each. C will show stats for Freshman admission and D will show what is used for Transfer admission. You may not even need to worry about essays. One thing you’ll need to check is how much each will cost. Don’t count on any aid other than federal loans and a possible Pell Grant (though if your father retired that is unlikely).
