Really worried about grades...what should I do?

Ok so I'm really worried/nervous about my grades this semester. I was accepted as a junior transfer (to the Architecture school) with a 3.802 gpa from a local community college. Basically I've gotten A's/A-'s in every course I've taken with the exception of one C my first semester.

Towards the beginning of this winter semester I had the flu really bad, I was sick for like three weeks and couldn't shake it. Anyway, I fell behind in all my classes.
My Sociology class took a big hit because it was only 8 weeks long, and I got a B- in it.
I fell so far behind in Trigonometry that I had to drop it, there was no way I would pass.
Physics I was doing well in (I thought), but I just got my pre-final grade, and no matter how well I do on the final I'll still only get a B.
And Chemistry I'll likely get a B-/possible C+...but I'm REALLY hoping I can pull a B, I've been busting my a** all weekend studying and I pretty much plan to do so every waking hour until I take the final on Thursday.

I'm really worried that they will reconsider my admissions offer. They told me not to send my official transcript until after spring semester, because I still have to take Physics 2 and Trigonometry before I transfer. If this were my last semester, I would end up with a 3.588 overall... if I get A's in both spring courses, it'll be 3.637. (Which I'm ****ed about..)

This semester is absolutely not reflective of my academic ability, and that's what is so frustrating to me. I plan to do everything possible to get 4.0's in both spring classes. Hopefully that will help some, but I'm still worried. My instinct is to write some sort of letter explaining the situation, and send it along with my final transcript. Should I send something? Or would it be pointless at this point? How likely is it that they just boot me out?

And one other question, assuming they let me enroll (which I will most definitely cry if they don't), four courses on my transcript will not transfer to UMich, will they count towards my gpa when I transfer?

Sorry I'm just pretty much freaking out right now and I need some advice..

Your GPA will not transfer, so nothing you took at the CC will count toward your GPA.

It may be different with the architecture school since I’ve heard they’re more competitive, so you would have to check with them directly, but when I was transferring to the LSA from CC I asked my admissions adviser if I was in danger of being rescinded because I got a B- in my stats class (mostly Bs otherwise), and she laughed at me and said “welcome to Michigan.” I wasn’t punished for asking about it, so if I were you if you’re worried I would ask. They’ll tell you if you should submit an explanation.

Actually, if for any reason they were concerned about the grades, they’d ask YOU for that letter of explanation. They don’t rescind usually unless you have 3 cs or a c and a fail. Even then, they first give you the opportunity to explain, so don’t worry, just do as well as you can!

Thank you both, I’m really relieved to hear that…
So should I just send the final transcript and then let them tell me if they expect an explanation?

I had already sent an email to the admissions counselor about the Trig class that I had to drop, because it pushed back Calculus (required for admission) and she said it was no big deal and that I should just drop Calculus at my community college (which I had moved to Summer semester) and take it next spring as an elective at UMich.
