<p>I applied to both UT and A&M the previous semester as a transfer from a CC, for reasons of cost I am attending the Chem department at A&M. I decided that this major wasn't for me and that I'd like to study ChemE. However, after a conversation with the department it appears they won't likely accept any transfers (internal or otherwise). My financial situation has improved and I am considering reapplying to UT. Will the fact that I had previously turned them down hurt my chances this time around? -any thoughts? Thanks</p>
