recalculating the GPA

<p>Two topics that are brought up every year are how Michigan recalculates the GPA for applicants and whether or not course X will count in the GPA. Well, I have found answers to both of these questions for all of you future wolverines from Michigan itself.</p>

<p>wow thanks for that, even though I was dissapointed when I read that. Umich gives no extra weight to honors courses? Christ... >_<</p>

<p>It's just the same thing as weighting your GPA in the end. They just do it separately...taking your unweighted GPA + rank how hard your schedule is.</p>
