Receiving Mid Year Report

I'm just wondering how my guidance counselor will go about about receiving his mid year report document via common app. Does common app send it at a certain time of the year? Do I have to print Harvard's (and every other school to which I applied's) paper version and give it to him? My guidance counselor says that he hasn't received any e-mail concerning it.

Also, I've recently come across a "seconday school report part ii." What is this and is it a necessary application component?

Thank you all very much.

It’s already available to your GC at CommonApp.org , just tell him to fill out the form.

SSRII is not really a necessary component. It’s only if the SSR was filled out inadequately.

Thank you very, very much.

do schools see the report before they accept/reject you?
In other words, will they see my first senior semester grades? Our semester ends this monday.

In general, yeah. Even if you got an LL already, they’ll be reviewed.
