An incident happened about a week ago to a Williams student that involved a 20 foot fall in an elevator shaft. Anyone have any details? The only article I could find on Google was already archived, over a week old. Figured someone on this forum might know about it.

That helps, thanks. He was in D’s high school class, and I heard a sketchy outline of what happened, but no details.

I hope he’s getting better, and would appreciate any updates.

Poor guy, that must have been awful.

FYI, Grace, he is out of the hospital and has traveled home with his parents. Some broken bones to mend, but it sounds like he is recovering.

He is a friend of S’s. He is not coming back this semester, but he is going to be okay.

Thanks so much for the reports. It’s good to hear he’s mending and will be all right. I hope he’ll be able to do the exams and projects and not lose the semester.
