recommend any colleges?

hey guys, first post.

anyway, i'm a Junior right now, so i still got some time left to decide on which colleges i want to apply to. could you tell me what colleges i can get into? preferably a top 50 school. my current high school (Charter school of Wilmington) is ranked in the top 100 (72) in the country, if that helps at all.

Asian from Wilmington, Delaware
GPA: freshmen year-3.4 weighted <--5.5 Bs, 1.5 As
sophmore year-4.1 weighted <-- Straight As
so far in junior year- 6 As and 1B in English (4.11 gpa)

Junior year classes:
AP Calc AB
AP Stat
AP Computer Science
AP Chem
Phase 5 (honors) US History
Phase 5 English
Phase 5 Latin III (One class before AP Latin)

Class Rank: 34/250

ACT- N/A
SAT- 2050

SAT II:
Biology-680
World History-720
MathII-760
Chinese with Listening-740

Extra Curricular:
JV Swimming (2 years)
Young Democrats (2 years)
Chess Club (3 years)
All State Orchestra (2 years)
School Orchestra (2 years)
Math Modeling (2 Years)
Newspaper (1 year)
Science Olympiad (1 year)
Math League (1 year)

(for everything above, I am planning to carry on Senior Year)

Volunteered for 420 hours at the library, hospital, and YMCA. (combination between the 3 summers)

Planned Senior Schedule:
AP Physics C
AP Bio
University of Delaware Data Structures (one level after AP Computer Science)
AP Calc BC
World Literature
AP Latin Language
Gym/Senior Research (school requirement)

assuming i get 4s and 5s on those AP tests, and i can raise my SAT score a little more, what colleges do you guys think i should consider to aim for?

[also to put into consideration would be that i have/will take[n] 4 summer classes at the University of Delaware, which is needed for me to skip classes, for example, i can go straight into AP physics C by taking physics over the summer. The teachers there tell me such classes are counted as college credits]

Aim for a 2200, hopefully you'll get a 2100+. Johns' Hopkins U sounds good for you.

woah, john hopkins? i'd be very happy if i could get into that. do you really think i could get in with a 3.4gpa freshmen year?

I'm not sure, but isnt JHU one of the schools that doesn't take freshman year into account? you have to get your class rank into top 10% though

hmm, ok. thanks for the advice. our school has a lot of smart folks, lol. last year, 3 students from CSW was on the the United States Physics team.. out of 24 total students in the country.

anyway, what about some safes? like, Michigan or USC?

thanks again for everyone that posted!

if u break 2100+ in the sat.
u ll have no problem getting into michigan...

and michigan doesnt look at freshman gpa

yeah, maybe some leadership positions.. and if you get you're class rank up to 10%, UMich would be no problem.

lol, thanks everyone! i have a quick question. as you can probably see, my freshmen year..sucked. you guys say they won't look at my frosh grades, but would they look at my frosh rankings? if they don't, my ranking could be much better than 34
