...in the northeast area. I'd be willing to go down a little south, into virginia maybe, but no farther.

I don't know what kind of business really, but I don't want to be an entrepreneur.

I have a 95 GPA, but many of my friends have even higher GPAs... I have a 1300/1600 or 1930/2400 on the SAT.

I have very good ECs, playing varsity soccer, being the sales manager of our school plays, being the altar server mentor at my church (doing it for 8 years now) and holding positions in some honor societies. It may not sound like great ECs from what I have just typed (I'm too tired to write more), but I'm very pleased with my ECs.

I also am a pool manager/lifeguard at an indoor swim club and have been working there since last november. I was promoted this past summer.

I like Villanova... a lot. But what are some other schools you guys think I should consider?

Ahhh...Wake Forest is one of the best on the east coast, but a bit further south. I'd urge you to consider it though.

NYU could be a good reach school, although it would help to retake the SAT.

Or, if you're planning on getting an MBA, you could also try looking at LACs. A liberal arts education is a solid preparation for any field, and most LACs are desperately trying to recruit more men, so you'll have a better shot at highly ranked LACs than you will at highly ranked universities.

Check out Boston University's School of Management. The BU forum has many older threads describing the program in detail. S's former roommate is a junior at SMG and the program is intense. The management building is drop dead gorgeous.

This thread was begun by a BU student who has since graduated.

According to Business Week, these are the top 10 undergraduate business schools: The University of Pennsylvania, University of Virginia, University of California-Berkeley, Emory University, University of Michigan, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Notre Dame, Brigham Young University, New York University, and Cornell University. Four are in Northeast, two in South.

BC would be amazing if I got in... but a lot of kids at my school with better stats and everything are applying there too, so I think I'd have very low chances.
