Recommend me some helpful SAT MATH2, physics, chemistry books

Hey, guys! I’m planning to take the SAT subject tests soon. I scored 790 on SAT math section… 10 points…TT And I enjoy solving math problems. I don’t need any beginners’ guide or something like that. Which books did you guys use for prepping MATH2? Any helpful sites or books will help me for sure!

A 790 on the math portion is really amazing!

For Math 2, I used Barron’s and Dr. Chung’s. Both were great at going over all the concepts you need to know on the test, which consists mainly of pre-cal problems that you’ve probably seen before. Barron’s does a better job summarizing the concepts while Dr. Chung’s gives more tips/tricks to solve problems faster since time crunching is a big thing during the exam (you only get an hour!). Personally, I don’t think either book had practice tests similar to the actual one, but if I had to compare the two, Barron’s was more aligned to the actual thing whereas Dr. Chung’s tests were more difficult that the actual thing. I only scored around 700 on those. But using both books simultaneously, I managed to score a 800!

And for chemistry, I have Princeton Reviews and Barron’s. I barely touched Princetons but the Barron’s one was pretty helpful. I actually JUST took the subject test this morning, and I feel that book alone should be sufficient for your chem studying.

Hope that helps~

Thanks! Oh, do I need a TI calculator for Math2? (I mean the expensive ones like TI - 84) I only use a calculator that consists of simple operations (sin.cos.tan.x^2).
