I am a 3.77 gpa mostly honors/Ap and First Gen Vietnamese Students
MY class rank is 15% and SAT/ACT scores hopefully excellent.

Any other? I’m also pretty interested in Boston U, Mich State JMC, UCSB and George Washington U, Fordham.
I don’t think I’m that qualified for georgetown/UNC.

Also to add I’m looking for good social atmosphere but students are mainly focused on academics.

Yeah Michigan State University James Madison College is also on my list, same for George Washington University. Any reasons why you haven’t considered University of Minnesota- Twin Cities? Also look into all the other big ten universities. I also like Boston University, but hear they don’t really give FA, many need base students who’ve got accepted were left to come up with about 20k in loans…Though yes, Boston University is a school to consider.

Yea I live in Minnesota and Uw-M and U minnesota-Tc are pretty good schools. I recently got a brochure for wisconsin and was amazed at what it offers.

Thanks
…I just hope I could get in lol. What is the average gpa for admittance to UMinnesota and UWisconsin?

^Considering the fact that average GPA’s vary greatly for different schools, hundreds of different GPA and weighting systems are used, and school/class/individual rigor are also assessed, we really can’t answer that question accurately, or average class rank, as well.

The best thing you can do if you are unsure is ask your guidance counselor what the average stats for admitted students from your school were, and make sure your put your ACT/SAT into range, if not beyond it. You may also consider taking SAT II’s for literature and history to show your ability in your future major, and self-studying AP’s in social sciences if not available at your school, along with signing up for all AP’s available to you. Make sure you do some fun things, too, like Extracurrics in your area of interest, as well.
