Recurring Nightmares

Ever since a small earthquake happened several weeks ago, I've been having nightmares about being in an earthquake. Also, whenever I'm awake and someone shakes the floor, I get startled and wonder if it's an earthquake. Weird. lol.

What are your recurring nightmares?

Let's try and therapeutically interpret them. YAY.

And let's do free association while we're at it. Silly Freudian theories.

i always dream that i get in fights with people. its usually also with really random people that i havent seen or talked to in a long time. however, in real life i only actually got into a fight one time. (i won :) )

I hardly ever dream....so I can't help you there...

mine is always the same cliche dream- I am rushing over the long staircase of a tall building and someone is chasing me. I run over the edge and am falling and falling and falling and when i hit the ground i wake up.

I'll help you here...
My recurring nightmare is to be chased by velociraptors either at school or on my way to school. The dreams vary though, occasionally i have some sort of high power rifle stored in my house. It began around the age of 12 after watching the movie Jurassic Park and every 3 months I have that dream. Sometimes more often.

Psychoanalyze that!

mine isn't a recurring nightmare....... it's a continuous one! Even though i rarely dream (or at least remember it), the ones i remember i remember vivivdly, and it's almost always continuous of this one.... story. It's like watching a few hundred episode anime or reading a chapter book one chapter at a time.
