<p>Is it ok to reference another college than the one you are applying to in the application/essay? I attended a certain program at a local university, and I wanted to talk about that in my supplemental essay. Is there a certain rule that suggests that you do not mention any names of universities?</p>
<p>Many kids attend summer programs at area universities. I’m sure that they get mentioned all the time. I wouldn’t sweat it at all.</p>
