<p>I believe it is once they look through your application. I spoke to a representative in asking about potential scholarships that I could apply to. She mentioned that when you apply they automatically consider you for the award. The big question is whether or not you make the cut. The usually begin the selection process from February to March and make freshmen selections in March while transfers find out in April. It should make note of the scholarship in your financial aid portal upon your admission into the school.</p>
