registering gaming systems

nvm i found it, please delete this thread

What did you ask? I have heard something about having to register but don’t know for what or what systems or how to do it. I have been trying to get my wii to work on the internet here for over a month and have about given up.

really? I plugged in my xbox to the ethernet first day I was here and its worked since

Northwood residents must register gaming consoles and routers.

I have gotten the impression that wiis just won’t work here. As I understand it, if you have to enter a username and password (not just a security key) it won’t work for the wii. I have this weird little device that you can plug into a usb port to turn your laptop into a hotspot of sorts, which I thought would work since I’d already be logged onto the wireless on the computer, but I can’t get that to connect either.

well you post said registering a gaming system, not a wii

I lol’d.
