<p>Did anyone have a dean complete this form and upload to common app but have the registrar send transcripts by mail? The registrar won't upload the transcripts but I think a dean can upload the registrar report. I want to get it in quickly.</p>
<p>Common App told me the registrar report and transcripts had to be done by the same person and sent together but it doesn't make sense to me and some of there answers have been wrong... (This is for a transfer)</p>
