Regret Transferring from Penn State to Cornell

I am a Cornell transfer and I just transferred in from Penn State. I transferred because I am planning on going into Finance and Cornell's AEM school is much stronger than Penn State's Smeal school in recruiting and placement for jobs/internships.

I have been here for a few months now and I am truly regretting my decision. I made the decision based of prestige and brand name without taking into account that I love Penn State and loved being a student there. I miss everything about Penn State (friends, girlfriend, football games, school spirit, etc.).

Would it be a mistake to transfer back to Penn State for the remainder of college? Or should I just tough it out for the next few semesters for the "better" degree? How much better of a degree is Cornell vs Penn State for finance?

Wherever you go, there you are.

If you successfully make it back to Penn State somehow, I bet you will find a reason to regret leaving Cornell.
