Regular/Early decision chances?

Junior year has just ended. Here are my stats:

-Unweighted GPA: 3.5
-Weighted GPA: 4.45
-ACT Composite: 32
-SAT I: 1270/1600 (yuck. will definitely re-take)
-My high school is a magnet and is consistently ranked in the top 10 high schools in the nation. It is extremely competitive and very difficult to both get in and stay in.
-Ranking: 40/120 (Despite the low ranking, I do not believe it will carry much weight. Due to the competitiveness and caliber of the student body, my school chooses not to display rankings in college apps)
-AP's I will have taken or will currently be taking by application time: European History, Psychology, English Language, Calculus AB, Physics B, Literature, Macroeconomics, Government, Spanish
-I have taken at least 1 class each year in all core subjects. This trend will be continued into my senior year. All of these classes have been honors/AP classes
-I am in the process of writing a thesis in which I will be interacting heavily with the local Hispanic population.
-I have done about 100 hours of community service.
-I am the co-president and co-founder of my high school's GSA. This may carry more weight considering I live in a very conservative state, and to establish and maintain this group was very difficult, although necessary.
-I am also active in groups such as Junior Intermezzo, National Honors Society, National Spanish Honors Society
-I played varsity soccer my freshman year, but since then I have chosen to only play independently.

Taking all of those things into consideration, what do you believe my chances of being accepted into Wesleyan would be if I applied Early Decision? Regular Decision?

I would love to attend Wesleyan, and it is definitely among my top choices. I am leaning against applying early decision because I would like to have options when making the final decision, but to apply regular decision and be rejected is obviously something I want to avoid at all costs. What should I do?

You’re on the Wellesley board. Wellesley =/= Wesleyan ;)
