<p>Yes, you definitely should withdraw those other apps ASAP - you are committed to do so under the Wes ED agreement, and it is only fair to other applicants.</p>

<p>I have also been rejected from Vassar, and Northwestern (Medill).</p>
<p>Boston University (communications) accepted me, but not with the Trustee Scholarship. UMD-College Park/Journalism School is offering me a Presidential Scholarship though so I'm seriously considering that.</p>
<p>I'm still waiting on Tufts, Brown, Barnard. I'm assuming those are all going to be rejections as well, but it's okay. </p>

<p>Thanks guys! ALSO! I was waitlisted at Barnard today.... I got my small envelope and completely thought it was going to be another rejection, but when it wasn't, I jumped up and down and screamed so loudly everyone thought I was accepted... honestly, it's just as good to me, considering my track record so far. HOW can I get in off this waitlist-- I'm guessing I won't be into Tufts, or Brown. And do my grades have to be better than they were first semester? Or are they not looking for improvement anymore...</p>
<p>No, I'm guessing BU didn't offer me any money because it doesn't say anything about it on the website. I'm also unsure if I got into any honors programs or anything, but I can wait until I get my official letter to see what's up. I sent in my waitlist card back to Brandeis, but to be honest, I wasn't crazy about it when I went but only applied because of Blue Ribbon. I may go back and visit it, but only if I don't like UMD (I still haven't visited umd yet, but I am in two weeks).</p>
