Rejected from UTSG Life Sciences

Today I got an email from U of T saying that I’m rejected from UTSG for Life Sciences because the program has reached full capacity. I understand that they reach capacity, but I am at/above the admission average so I feel that it’s not fair. Also, I have already been accepted to Mcgill which has a lower acceptance rate I believe, so I am very confused why I was rejected. Should I contact U of T?

By the way, I’m a US student with dual citizenship.
