Hello everyone,

I am very interested in finding a program (MA or PhD) specializing in the study of religion and how it affects literature (especially the literature of Victorian England). I have been told that there are only three schools that offer such a program: Yale Divinity, University of Virginia and University of Chicago; however, I think I have found that Boston University and Harvard offer similar programs as well.

My question to you is, do you know of any other schools (universities, divinity schools, etc- I am open to anything) that offer such a program of study? If so, do you have any feedback at all regarding these schools and/or programs that may help me make a decision? This would be a great help rather than me visiting every school's website and furiously searching (as I have been!).

I am interested in this program so that I may one day teach at the university level and also for my sheer interest and love of the effects religion has on culture.

Thanks for your time, help, and feedback!
