Remaining RD Decisions Will Be Out This Week PLEASE READ

Based on past years’ patterns, the remaining RD decisions will be coming out this week. The most likely day will be Thursday 3/16. The last few years decisions came out on Tuesdays but last December ED and EA decisions came out on consecutive Thursdays. On decision day decisions will be released in waves starting between 3 and 4 PM Eastern time. It starts with decisions for Massachusetts applicants, then New England, then moves south and west. West coast applicants may not receive decisions until 8 PM Eastern/5 PM Pacific. You will receive a generic email linking to your NU portal. If admitted there will be separate tabs for merit aid and need based aid. The latter only if all required documents have been submitted.

The possible decisions are:
Admit to Fall in Boston
Admit to NUIn
Waitlist
Deny

If offered NUIn it is a final decision. You cannot have it changed to a Fall in Boston admit.

Good Luck everyone. Hope you all get some good news.

The first round of RD acceptances also arrived on a Thursday around 8 pm ET/5 pm PT (on the West Coast).

Good luck, everyone!

To clarify due to a post in another thread. I am a Northeastern alumnus, now retired. I have observed these decisions her on CC for several years. I have no inside information. My initial post in this thread is based on past patterns.

@TomSrOfBoston Congrats on your accomplishments!
