<p>anyone know if you can rent a fridge or microwave at uvm? i'll be a freshmen and i want to do that to make things easier.</p>
<p>Just buy the fridge and microwave - You will use them year after year so it will save you over the costs of renting from the UVM bookstore. They rip you off like crazy.</p>
<p>I rented a micro firdge for my oldest (at another school) and it was a huge waste of money - 200 per year, and the thing was huge!</p>
<p>My youngest is attenidng UVM this fall and will bring a small fridge with him - no microwave as they have them in the common area kitchen if he needs one once in a while.</p>
