Repeat college class taken in high school?

Hi,

I took a class on Multivariable Calculus at the local college and received an 'A' but upon further talk with math professors, I realized my class was deficient in content. I want to retake it now at Cornell (I think they will give me the credit, given that I passed with an 'A' ... ), but would that be an unwise choice?

I suppose that I have to wait until I hear about the credit, but if I do, would it be stupid to retake it? Or should I just take Diff Eq and Linear Algebra...?

Thanks y'all,
Ansar

A lot of people retake courses even if the credit for their previous classes will transfer, at least at my school.

Sure, retake it. It will make your first semester a little easier to handle.
