I am a rising senior and have received all 5s on my AP tests besides one; I received a 3 on my Human Geography test freshman year. I am rank 1 out of over 550 and applying to top tier schools.

I was wondering if I should still report my 3 on the self submitted scores section of the Common App.

A 3 is fine. I know a guy who got into Georgetown with a 1 on his application. Besides, you took the test in freshman year. Colleges don’t really care about AP scores in the context of admissions except when evaluating the difficulty of classes - if you had a C in a class but got a 5 on its AP, they would know that your school is likely of considerable difficulty.

Also, it’d look worse not to list any score at all, considering that you took the class.
