Hey guys, i took the SAT's earlier this year and got these scores :

700 cr
610 writing (10 on essay)
520 math

and i took the ACT and got this score :28

I retook the SAT's and felt MUCH better about them. I was wondering if i should only report my ACT because of the lower earlier SAT, and wait for the new SAT to send those. Also, does an SAT look better then ACT? and if so what kinda schools look for each?

Rule followed by SAT: when you ask it to send any one score to a college -- SAT I or SAT II -- it automatically sends every SAT I and SAT II score it has for you; thus you won't be able to hide those current scores when you send future ones. Virtually everywhere, the ACT or SAT can be submitted and one does not look better than another -- except of course for score difference, meaning a 2300 SAT is going to look a lot better than a 24 ACT and a 35 ACT will look a lot better than a 1500 SAT. You do not mention how you did on the ACT writing section and that will also make a difference as to how good your 28 really is.
