Rescind fears

Hello guys!

I’ve been a very good student throughout my high school years, average a 3.5. Everything was pretty good. Unfortunately senior first semester I hit a small bump. My sister had an abusive boyfriend and I confronted him about it one day in September. I was pretty badly messed up afterwards and started to suffer from a anxiety disorder, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I was already accepted to a very good liberal arts institution in Minnesota. However,my grades crashed as I refused to do any work and often stayed inside, fearing people. I sought therapy and got it, but by the time I did I discovered I only had a 2.5 GPA. What do I do? Call admissions? I have a note from a MD stating my issues, and a panel of psychiatrists but this keeps me up at night. Sorry for dropping in unannounced. I just wanted off my chest

First, discuss this in-depth with your GC. His or her advice – and documentation of your difficulties – can be an essential element in advising your college(s) of the germane circumstances and in retaining your acceptance(s).

Okay, thank you. I’m quite worried right now.
