<p>I just got my spring grades and its pretty bad...got a 2.48 for the semester with 3 Bs and 2 Cs.</p>
<p>I'm a transfer student and I had a 3.48 at the time of applying, now my overall gpa is about 3.1</p>

<p>no ucla combines both the 1st and 2nd semester GPA, so you should be fine with the 3.1</p>
<p>at least, thats how it is for incoming freshman...shouldnt be different for transfers</p>
