Rescinding Admission

How low can final grades drop? I've had a 4.00, and I don't know if I can maintain it!

ME TOO!

lol laziness is killing me.

I don't see Wellesley rescinding admission unless you do something serious enough to get you kicked out of high school/not graduate.

i know UCs say you have to have a 3.0 unweighted gpa otherwise you get your admissions rescinded? any ideas if wellesley has this....or is it just maintain your grades at a good level?

Man... you people are worse than those EE likely kids who were nervous about whether they would be the one person who didn't get in. Sheesh.

EE?(blast the 10 char limit!)

EE=Early Evaluation. You send in your app by the end of December instead of the middle of January. In February, you receive one of three letters: Likely, (+ lot of cute mailings), Possible, or Unlikeley. A likely is not the official letter of admission which comes in April like everyone else's, but everyone who gets a likely gets in, about 1 in 5 possibles get in, and no unlikelies get in. Inevitably, people who get the "likely" letters insist upon asking whether or not they really will get in. The answer is yes. It's about of risky as whether Wellesley will kick you out for your straight A average dropping to say, a B in your last quarter of marks: they won't.

I have heard of my sister's school rescinding admission to a student. He visited her school for some overnight, got drunk and pooped in his host's bed. You actually have to try hard.

HAHAHA..thank you WendyMouse for that comforting reply and also for the funny story at your sister's school. -o-..
Hm..but what if you didn't have straight A's to begin with, and they're kind of dropping into the B, B-'s, and even O__O C+'s region for final grades? {My school is public magnet and it was challenging enough to get good grades when I tried..but since March, I've started to slack off..actually..since November.}
