Research Abstracts

My friend wants to mail off his research abstracts tomorrow. Can he? Can he email them? Any other options?

Thanks.

bumpiddy bump

I don't think so. I sent them an email asking about the deadlines for supp materials, but I just got a curt answer saying the deadline for regular decision is January 1. :/

hmm I just called them and they said I could email them without attachments or send it by REGULAR mail and it would be ok. Anyone else have an answer?

I have three answers: yes, no, maybe. But I doubt any of them is as authoritative as the one you got by calling the admissions office (I assume that's the "them" you are referring to above).

I called Harvard today about if I could send a list of my college classes through mail, and they said it was okay. But I don't know if you could count that as a supplementary materials like a research abstract...anyways, just thought I'd share.

The Harvard admissions officer that came to our school in the fall said don't just send the abstract, send the whole paper, because they send it to profs to evaluate it.
