<p>I would recommend fax or posted mail. Either is fine as long as you, the applicant, is clearly identified.</p>

<p>I wouldn’t risk it being shunted off in some folder somewhere. With a fax or note, you put in someone’s hands an actual document. </p>
<p>Maybe just my paranoia? I work in a paperless office and everyone “gets it”. Don’t know of others do all the time, you know.</p>
