Oh, by the way... What is this anticipation index thing? Could someone make the equivalent of a Beaufort Wind Scale to explain just how much sleep you're losing at index level 35?

The choices are made, or at least partially! I got a call that I am not supposed to repeat, so I won't, but I'm very, very, very happy. My call was NOT from a staffer, but someone who definitely knows. Good luck to the rest of you. I'm so excited! I hope some of you who get in know how to socialize a little.

From another thread:

"I love how this discussion would totally not even be brought up on the RSI board....too many boys."

I'm not really sure what it was pertaining to, but now it's here. ;)

Well, it was about WTP and "cute" dresses.

haha okay...

well the favorite summer dress I own is either this aqua/summer colored one from lilly or this simple white dress.

K. now we have a conversation about cute dresses. :D

Ahh, ok. Dresses are nice, but did anyone see Ben Jones's post on these gems (to wear with our dresses, of course): Etsy :: molecularmuse :: Inspired by the Molecular Muse? Epic!

Good luck, everyone! :)

(EDIT/PS - my favorite dress is a blue a-line that I got at Express for 80% off).

Oooo, and Happy Pi Day!

My favorite dress is the one I borrowed on cross-dressing day at school...like everyone thought I was some girl, new to the school. 'Twas quite comical. My calc teacher passed me in the hall, and I said "Hey Mr. ---- ". He said hello, went about four more steps and said, "RENREL???" [my last name]. Definitely under the heading of "for everything else there's mastercard".

Is it all about math or do ISEF awards matter? Not to interrupt the dress stuff...
And I for one found out about AMC 12 after the deadline.

I would think that ISEF awards matter more than math stuff, unless you've made MOP or something.

Anyone Chinese?

On an RSI thread? No way. Not a chance.
Better question: Does anyone here not belong to a minority of some variety? Not I.
