Researching Poli Sci (IR) Programs

<p>I've been searching for universities that have Political Science PhD programs that match my research interests. It is incredibly time consuming and I am wondering is there a more efficient way than checking each faculty member on each school website?</p>

<p>My research interests are the following: terrorism, war with violent non-state actors, nuclear proliferation, ethics and fighting terrorism/extremism.</p>

<p>Any universities come to your mind immediately? Or faculty members' names that jump out you? I can add them to my list of universities to check out...</p>

<p>Look at the articles and books that fit your interests. See where those people teach, and (if they got their PhD fairly recently) where they were trained. That should give you a much more efficient way of identifying some likely schools.</p>
