resident housing first payment trouble

<p>Hi I am trying to pay my resident hall first payment as it is a first come first serve basis but when i try to pay through GROWL it says: </p>

<p>Error: Not visiting from recognized storefront</p>

<p>anyone know whats wrong?</p>
