<p>Should D have paid for resnet or just selected it to have access to it. Just wondering if its associated with having paid for Housing.</p>
<p>I was told that I had until October to pay for Housing. Also, are their any special login in one has to do with a Mac vs a pc? Sorry, we are new Mac users:)</p>

<p>I’m in Duren. No payment necessary. It’ll just say payment pending. I’m on a Mac, also, and there was nothing special. Just when they open up their browser, Resnet will pop up and have them log in, and it should work. Mine had an issue with the port being closed from the last person who was in here, so I called the ITS people at 512-475-9400.</p>

<p>It took my D and Husband conferencing in to get the issue resolved. </p>
<p>D said she tried calling support for 30 minutes and couldn’t get through as the phone was busy. Guess they are just swamped with new students.</p>
