Problems with internet?

OK,so I've been having real problems getting my internet to work... I have a 25 GB/wk subscription to ResNet; I have a MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard, and I've seen dozens of people around campus that have the same. But my internet is VERY inconsistent- right now, no matter how many times I run the Xpressconnect thing or put in my ID/password, it just won't work; my browser(s) tells me I have no internet connection. Also, my connection randomly drops at times and doesn't come back for several minutes. I've been having these problems since day one.

I don't know what else to say or do. Right now it's just an inconvenience, but it could grow into a real problem down the road when I have important online stuff to do. Any help or consolation is greatly appreciated. And excuse any typos or silly grammar/punctuation mistakes, I'm typing this on my phone as my internet is currently out. >_<

I can’t really offer any advice, but maybe try going to the FAC? They have a help desk for issues like that… I went there during summer orientation when I was having internet trouble.

Have you been able to connect before? Mac OS X with Snow Leopard has an issue with Airport Express and the UT networks (Connection gets lagged up badly and disconnects often). The only suggestion that works is to turn your Airport on and off when this happens.
