<p>So on the Brown app, you all probably have seen the question asking for a list of activities, etc. Do they want this presented sort of in the format of a resume, or can I make a chart looking thing that sort of resembles the common app?

but to answer your question, you can present it in any way you wish. I know that's not the greatest answer in terms of helping you out, but since Brown does not specify what they want, they probably want some rigidity (some type of format) along with your own creativity (what makes you unique, shouldn't be too hard). That said, the rest is up to you..</p>
