Retake a 2200?

So, after taking the SAT a second time in May, I have been left wondering whether I should retake the test next year as a senior. The first time I took the SAT was in October and I received a 2160 (750 wr, 680 math, 730 cr). And in May I got a 2200 (730 wr, 760 math, 710 cr). After hearing about all the wonderful scores from my friends (as in 2250+), and the 2300+ scores from CC, I am skeptical about how my 2200 will look to colleges. It certainly is not spectacular. So what do you think I should do?

Retake the SAT next year in October or just leave it be?

" It certainly is not spectacular." If you think that you have bigger problems than your SAT score. I’m pretty sure thats somewhere between the 98th and 99th percentile.

If you want retake it just for the heck of it in October. It’s a great score but if you think you can do better retake it in October. I wouldn’t retake it after that though (even if later test-dates wouldn’t be after the deadline for colleges).
