Retake ACT?

I took the state mandated ACT in April and got my scores today:

Composite 34
English 34
Math 34
Reading 34
Science 32

Since it was the state test, there is no writing. I scored a 2360 on the SAT, so I'm wondering if I should retake the ACT with writing and try to improve a little bit more since this was with minimal ACT-specific studying.

I know a 34 is not a bad score, but CC'ers will know more about what top-tier colleges want to see. I've heard that both scores are usually wanted, but if the ACT that's submitted has no writing, will it count at all? Will I need to retake it for the writing component anyway?

Just send your SAT only. Most elite schools will require ACT plus Writing. A 2360 is almost perfect already so unless you think you can get a 36, just send the SAT.

Just send the 2360. A higher ACT won’t help you at this point.

Wait what? The state ACT definitely did require a writing, didn’t it?
