Retake SAT for Presidential Scholarship?

My daughters' SAT scores 1930 (650M, 600CR, 680W) She took 4 AP classes in 11th grade, one in 10th grade and will be taking 5 AP classes Sr. year. She has taken honors when available. She has only gotten 3 B's and all the rest A's for final grades in high school. She is the VP of the National Honor Society ,VP of a Science and Math club for girls, and copy editor of the school paper. Also, she is a member of the Spanish Honor Society and participates in Forensics (several ribbons). She has a full time job for the summer working for the government. We really would like to get a presidential scholarship, should she take a SAT prep class to improve her SAT score, she has so much going on with work and summer homework. Would it be worth the time and money?

To add more- Last time she checked, which was the end of first semester of her junior year, she was ranked 29/399, but believes she has went up in ranking to a better position. Her cumulative GPA is 4.0879, weighted. She goes to an excellent public school outside of Baltimore County. Thanks for any help you can provide!
