I am trying to get into Carnegie Mellon's engineering program. I have already signed up for SAT 1 for January to improve on last January's score from junior year. I'm sure it'll get in on time, I didn't apply very early. At the time, I hadn't thought that my ACT's from December would be as good as they are. Here is where I stand.

SAT
Reading 670
Math 660
Writing 750

SAT II
Physics 620
Math IIC 730

ACT
Math 35
English 35 (32 combined)
Reading 32
Science 30
33 Composite

Now, Carnegie Mellon requires ALL scores. My main concern is my physics grade (at my school, you take it senior year). Some people have told me CMU will overlook that if they realize my situation and see my ACTs. Would you agree? Should I just retake the SAT 1 to prove that I can do better? Thank you!
