Retake the SAT -- advice?

<p>I know I'm probably going to sound somewhat looney to most of you, but for those of you who've successfully achieved what I'm trying to do, I would gladly appreciate your input. </p>

<p>I scored a 2340 (780M, 760CR, 800W), but I want to improve my score. I've learned a lot and become a fair bit smarter over the past five months. My question is, what do those of you who've successfully retaken 2300s for higher 2300s or even 2400s reccomend I should do? </p>

<p>Don't try to talk me out of retaking; I'm dead set on it. My question is just how to go about getting that 2400 (or even 2360+)?</p>

<p>Do you really think someone can actually tell you how to go about getting that 2400?</p>

<p>Just hope the next time you are lucky and continue to work hard.</p>

<p>Someone on here once said that after you hit 2300, it's pretty much all luck.</p>

<p>That's only a few questions, you basically just have to get lucky and be careful not to make any stupid mistakes.</p>
