Retaking classes you passed after transferring

If the class is not articulated on assist.org, would you have to retake it regardless of the A received?

I am a student at 3 community colleges in the same district. Some of my courses at one school are not articulated for the major. This includes ethics, statistics, zoology, anatomy, etc.

Would the UC that I am applying to not see this as major preparation since the classes are not articulated? And if by some chance I am accepted, do I retake all of the courses?

Transfer articulation websites do not represent an absolute. They generally only consider classes that are ‘guaranteed’ to transfer. Schools still evaluate all of the classes that you’ve taken, and will decide whether or not they meet their standards for transfer credit.
