<p>I read on "ask housing" that transfers are only guaranteed housing their first year at ucla (junior year).</p>
<p>I was not offered housing for next year, and I have to apply for the lottery.
However, my roommate (also a transfer) was offered housing next year.</p>
<p>Did any transfers out there get offered housing or does the majority of us have to apply for the lottery to get housing??</p>
