I have taken all the classes that the ACT/SAT Math section tests except Trigonometry; however, it has been a while since I last took a math class. Does anyone know of a program I can take to brush up on my math skills- specifically the ones tested? Or any books that has all the math concepts the ACT/SAT tests?

Here is a pretty comprehensive free guide that covers most of the topics on ACT Math. Don’t wait until you take the official course in school.
In addition to this I would look at these concepts that will appear more on the Sept. ACT:
Conic Sections
Matrix Multiplication, addition, and subtraction
Make sure to learn the basics of trigonometry, even if you haven’t taken a trig class.
Learn the basics of SOH CAH TOA and reciprocal trig functions and you’ll be covered for most of the questions.
