revoking admission

can utd rescind admissions because of poor performance (1 A, 1 B, 1 C, 1 F) during last semester prior to entrance?

having trouble focusing on just school.

Nah that really isn’t terrible, as long as you don’t get below a mid c in every class you should be fine. You have to have pretty bad grades for a University to revoke admission. But be on the safe side and try your best to stay away from Senioritis because I’m pretty sure a lot of Texas colleges look at your grades at the end of the year.

The F is what is worrying. If it had been a C and a D, I would be of a mind that you’d be fine. However, that F is a huge red flag to universities, and even if they don’t rescind admission, they may very well put you on academic probation your very first year semester because of that F.

Also note that if you are a HS senior, you were probably admitted to UTD with the condition that you complete high school successfully. Depending on what that F is in, you need to take proactive steps to taking care of that credit so that you will be able to graduate.

You should be fine!
