Rice Application Down??

<p>I'm trying to upload required documents on the rice application for master's and I keep getting this message:

<p>What is wrong with the application? Is it something I can fix? I was hoping to upload the docs and send everything ASAP so my teachers have at least 1.5 days to upload their recommendations as well.</p>

<p>It was working last night and my son was able to submit. However they had sent an email warning about possible system overloads and encouraging to apply early, so perhaps that is the problem. Hopefully if you keep trying you’ll get it to go through. Good luck!!</p>

<p>Don’t know about Rice specifically, but you might have more luck submitting your application early in the morning or the middle of the night, depending on where you live.</p>
