So I applied to the Rice-Baylor program and did not get an interview. I did, however, get into the BA/MD program at Boston U. I was wondering whether it would still be worth it to do my undergrad at Rice University and take the regular route to medical school.

I was wondering how stressful/difficult it would be to do well as a premed at Rice. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Personally I would still attend Rice. You'll get a better education here. Plus if you can get into BU medical program now, you can get in four years later. Pre-med anywhere (including BU) is tough. Accelerated programs are stressful by nature, therefore you can't decide by which is tougher. Again, I suggest Rice

I agree with bluedaisy1234, and myself would choose to attend Rice. If you were able to gain admissions to a competitive BA/MD program like BU's, then you shouldn't have a problem of gaining admission to medical school using the normal route. If you choose BU, you have no other choices for medical school after you finish your BA; however, after attending Rice, you may have more, better options.
