Rice vs Harvard as a Mechanical Engineering Student who wants to do Aerospace Grad work

Out of the schools that I have been admitted to i have narrowed it down to rice and Harvard. I am asking to see if anyone on this forum has any pertinent factors that I should consider in this decision, or even any opinions that they feel are valid to it.
So far I feel that Rice has a stronger department, but that Harvard is spending a lot on the field, and is gaining ground. Both offer great amounts of undergrad research from what I’ve heard. Financial aid has not come in yet (stupid DRT), but it will be a determining factor if there is a significant difference. As stated above, I want to mechanical engineering as an undergrad, and eventually want to work in aerospace/rocketry. Thanks for y’all’s help.
