Richmond Basically Gapped FA?

<p>EFC: 15K</p>

<p>Need: 42K</p>

<p>FA Package: 40K</p>

<p>Gap: 2K</p>

<p>So does Richmond not include the 2K worth of "Estimated Other Costs" when they calculate need? Because their policy is to meet 100% of need..</p>
