I am an international student and I haven’t expressed any financial needs to the college. However I just received an application waiver from Richmond to apply for free. I’m really hoping on getting into Richmond for RD. should I take this as a good signal? Or is this just one of those things that universities offer to a whole lot of people?
Did you visit the campus? UR gives a lot of fee waivers to students who have demonstrated interest in the school.
It doesn’t mean anything in terms of admittance.
I agree with @guineagirl96. I also just received one. The only thing I’ve done is demonstrated interest. A lot of people probably got these, especially if you are on their mailing list. Still apply though! Just don’t take this is a sign for admission into the school
